Made my 10 purchases end of July thru paze and only received 2 out of the 10 (9 of them were Sephora). I know CSR has a huge thread on paze credit delays on their end but I don’t really see the same data points for the VX. Anyone contact capital one and have had success in getting feedback on what’s going on?

I had a chapter 7 discharged almost a year ago in FL (how time flies!) and I’m interested in filing adversary proceeding for my student loans. I owe about 65k and currently under the SAVE plan with $0 payments but as we all know, that is ending soon. The calculated new payment starting June is about $700.
I contacted my attorney who handled my chapter 7 but they are charging $500 for a consultation, $3,500 for the beginning steps and to file and $1,500 for the negotiation/discharge step. In addition, if it goes to trial, it would be an additional $2,500. I get it’s better than paying the $65k in student loans but I can’t afford that now.
Hoping to get some guidance or any other attorney recommendations to help me go thru with this.
