hello, im 14yo. i am a spanish guy so my english its not perfect

i even know why when i try to talk to other persons i feel so scared, like something bad gotta happend, I don't even go to barbershops because I think people will criticize me. I've been missing a lot of classes and I've finally accepted that maybe not everything is so bad, but I'm still afraid of many things. Any help?
