i got 790 in sat math and 5 in ap bio chem and calcus ab and i get 98% in my report card which is equivalent to 4.0 gpa are those enough and if not what do i need to do and what do u guys suggest

i am a senior now and i achieved a 1460 in sat and 5 in ap bio,chem,calculus ab and i get 98% in my report card which is equivalent to 4.0 gpa what else do i need and can i get accepted with just those and what do u guys suggested i should do ?
