I had my home in Texas sprayed because I was seeing two or three dead American roaches every morning. The exterminator saw about 100 roaches in the crawlspace and sprayed a regulator. It has worked very well for about eight months, but now I’m seeing dead roaches again.

I’m not a DIY person and I’m too old to get in the crawlspace anyway. I paid $200 which included the regulator in the crawlspace as well as exterior and interior treatment. He also sprayed the attic. Does this seem a reasonable price to pay for a 1500 square-foot home and is it really necessary to spray the attic? I’ve never seen roaches coming down the walls.
