How to stop worrying about failing an exam after not doing so well in the test for a course?

Yo, so today I just got back my results for my mid-semester test for one of my courses and when I saw the results I didn't do so well in the test (got lower than the mean average score). Now I keep worrying and thinking about failing the exam too because of how poorly I did in the test, is there any good ways or methods to stop worrying about it just because I didn't do so well in the mid-semester test?

Anyone here gets pissed off by some weekly assignments?

I wanted to ask if anyone else gets pissed off by weekly assignments that are given every week. Do they make you feel tired and exhausted, especially when you have something due nearly every week where you pretty much don't have much time to complete it and study for it?
