I just got back from the ENT and was diagnosed with moderate hearing loss in both ears. It came on super sudden and is almost identical hearing loss. My doctor told me he’s never seen someone with identical hearing loss like this.

He told me it might be reversible with an extreme round of steroids. Has anyone been able to reverse hearing loss caused by a virus with steroids?

I recently colored my hair blue, but I'm having a difficult time keeping up with the color. I exercise a lot, so I have to shower a lot. Curious how other active folks manage to keep their hair vibrant?!

When I say I exercise a lot, I mean exercise that gets you super sweaty (trail runs, cycling, etc.). Days when I'm just lifting aren't as much of an issue.
