Water Fountain

A few months back I purchased a stainless steel water fountain off of Amazon because my Bengal used to paw all the water out of her ceramic bowl. She is now also pawing all of the water out of the fountain as it flows. Not sure what to do. I live in a rental and my floors are constantly soaked. I have a mat underneath the fountain but daily if not more, I have to put minimal water in there because I have another cat and he needs to have access to water. She’s a young bengal a little over 1 yr old. I thought the flowing water would entice her to drink more normally but it’s more of a game to her. She would much rather drink out of dishes in the sink or toilet instead. Does anyone else have a bengal like this?

Is it legal for a rental management company to deduct a partial cleaning fee in the state of SC upon move out? For context, no items remained in the unit prior to move out, the unit was cleaned pretty thoroughly by tenant before move out, a cleaning company was hired and paid for by the tenant for a professional floor cleaning at the management company’s request for strictly laminate flooring. No major damages were left behind and the move out checklist was completed prior to move out. The returned check was received with a letter stating a partial cleaning fee was deducted of $150. Nothing was itemized or stated other than partial cleaning fee. Google reviews of this management company have stated they take deposits frequently. Looking for general advice
