I have a Yuka 2000 that I bought last year, used last summer, stored for the winter, that I finally took out of storage for the spring. It is not charging. Charge is stuck at 0% despite the fact that the charging station indicator light is blinking green and the Yuka bumper lights are also blinking green. I have contacted support, but no help thus far. Firmwares are both at their latest. Cleaned the contacts on both ends. Tried multiple times to undock and redock to "wake" the batteries up. Tried taking the batteries out and reconnecting them, and tried using only 1 battery at a time. Tried factory resetting my Yuka too.
Incredibly frustrating experience thus far. I would never buy from Mammotion again. Buyer beware.
