I just purchased a new pair of the checkerboard vans in my usual size. They felt like clown shoes almost and were definitely too big. The only difference from my last pair that I purchased over a year ago is that these were checkerboard/suede.

Has anyone else ordered these suede checkerboard slip on’s recently and found that they’re too big? I’m afraid to order a half size down and have them be too small.
