Hi guys, while I work on a personal project to practice power BI I face little conflict on data cleaning related to the HR dataset. If anyone knows could you tell me how to handle the following scenarios.

1. Missing and negative values in the age column - should we replace the null values and negatives with media/average values of columns

2. If the department column contains null values should we categorize those as 'unknown' or remove those rows.

3. In the data set performance and engagement scores can be negative?

Much appreciated if you could guide me.
