I'm currently playing Yakuza: Like a Dragon and have become hooked on playing Mahjong. I'm still learning but situations like these keep occurring and I don't understand why I can't call Tsumo or Riichi. I pulled the red dragon tile and thought that made the final pair I need to complete my hand. If anyone could help, that would be appreciated!
