• Based in Kuwait (non-negotiable)
• Confident communicator — English required, Arabic a big plus
• Hustle mentality — you don't wait around for things to happen
• No prior experience needed, just the right attitude

On compensation:

We'll have a proper conversation about that once we've had a chance to connect. We believe the right conversation happens in a meeting, not in a job post. What we can say is — we reward people who deliver results.
