So I started Reta on March 24 at 185. I was pushing 190. I’m 5’2. I started going to the gym last year & slacked off after getting down to 149. Then gained back to 185. I’m a 5’2 female. I keep a journal of how I feel and eat on Reta & my eating has been excellent, mostly lentils, chicken thighs, green bean, meat, burger patties, & salads. I’ve had 1 fast food trip this month. I feel great, I lift weights 3-4 times a week again. I can see my thigh muscles growing and just slimming everywhere else. My shoulders are smaller, my neck my face especially. A month later I’m down to 155. I feel great, strong. Good sleep. I work full time as a nurse & keep up with my 2 kids (one being a toddler). I don’t feel muscle loss but maybe there is? I don’t wanna look like a deflated balloon so I’m working hard on muscle building & toning. Did I have that much gross bloat & inflammation?
