I've had Epson printers-including large format- for decades and never had the issues I've had with 8550. Before I purchased, I read the complaints, yet still figured I could handle issues. Nope. From my Macbook Pro, I am unable to save printer settings when I try to save them, and it defaults to the 4x6 tray, every single time now. I will never use that tray. What am I doing wrong? I've printed 153 prints - most with difficulty - and I hate this machine. (im using OS 15.6.1 and also recently downloaded new drivers.) THANKS for any insights.
