Has anyone tried Systemic Enzyme Complex? Not digestive enzymes
Just wondering if anyone has tried systemic enzymes? Pure encapsulations has one and it's supposed to help with muscle recovery, joint health, connective tissue and immune health. Kind of pricey and always nervous to try a new supplement, so thought I'd see if anyone has had any experience.
