Has anyone else had to pause IVF to do weight loss due to elevated weight and insulin resistance? I’m doing mounjaro now and would love to hear some others experiences and thoughts? Has it helped with IVF?

I’m editing the post because I didn’t actually posted any data. My starting weight before Mounjaro was 92Kg with insulin resistance. Fasting insulin of 142 pmol/mL (even eating healthy).
My nights consisted in waking up 3 to 4 times a night to pee. It was horrible.

I was advised to lose weight and to get my insulin resistance under control. I’m wondering if it has made a positive difference to anyone with the FET? Mine so far haven’t resulted so I’m praying and hoping that this will do the trick?
