UPDATE: I manage to do an online chat with a real agent (after battling numerous attempts by their chatbot to redirect me back to the defective form). Happy to report that once connected, customer service (Abdel) was very nice and helpful. The box is now fixed.
I've attempted multiple times to submit the Rogers Online form to report damage to their outdoor cable box. The green box was knocked over and leaning heavily to one side. The cover is open, wires are exposed and reachable from the sidewalk. The structure appears damaged and unstable.
However, after providing completing the form and hitting 'submit' - I get an error message 'Something went wrong - try again or contact us'. I tried again several times before calling Rogers' technical support number which says '24/7'. It's nearly 9am on a tuesday. The phone is ringing with no one picking up. The calls repeatedly fails.
This is truly unacceptable for a company like Rogers. What can be done to be heard?
