
How long does “My Support Ticket” take to respond back?
Hello po! I badly need help regarding this issue. My mom recently lost her phone, so she temporarily blocked her GCash account. Right now, she wants to transfer her funds to her new account.
We already followed the process from the Help Center, including sending photos of her government ID and a selfie for verification. After that, the message said that we should just reply to the same email/thread for follow-up updates regarding the ticket, but honestly po, we’re confused about what to do next.
May I ask po how long we usually have to wait for a response regarding the ticket? Marami po kasing bills na kailangang bayaran and the deadlines are getting really close already. We’re honestly so stressed and worried right now 😭😭 so we’re hoping for your help and response as soon as possible.
