My cats odd behavior towards anyone that’s not me
So my girl is 6 years old and has had this behavior for a while but I get worried about it more and more. As the title suggests, she really only likes me. She tolerates my husband and if she recognizes others after a while she tolerates them too but there’s caveats and tricks!! She will go up to people and ask for pets, meow really sweetly and when she is touched or even looks people in the eyes, she switches up so fast and will hiss and try to scratch and mini lunge at people. She’s never successfully bitten anyone though, seems more like a scare tactic. It scares me because she even has a tendency to stalk people (she did this to my husband when he was watching her. And I was gone for a week). It seems really strangely manipulative. Has anyone else dealt with something similar ??
