Experienced Editor required for Classical Art Channel Documentary Style

Hey everyone. I run an established YouTube channel dissecting classical paintings. I'm looking for a highly experienced editor to handle somewhere between 8 to 11 minute videos. The pay is a flat $40 per video (it’s my initial budget which can be increased as we work together), plus a prominent name credit in the video itself for your portfolio.
This is not a fast paced retention editing gig. I need someone who understands deliberate pacing, atmospheric storytelling, and how to create an elegant and immersive documentary-style experience. All final deliverables must be in 4K 60fps because most of my audience watches my content on TV.
The workflow is straightforward. I hand you the finished voiceover and high-res image of the painting(s). You have to hunt down the rest to make it look premium. That means finding the right aesthetic B-roll, applying textures and overlays, and building layered soundscapes etc. You must know After Effects because high-end aesthetics and smooth 2.5D parallax on the paintings works wonders for this niche to get that elegant aesthetics.
