I run a financial education YouTube channel. I post one long-form video per week (8–15 minutes, talking head style) plus a few YouTube Shorts.

Looking for a reliable editor for ongoing weekly work. This isn’t a one-off gig, I want someone who sticks around.

What you’ll do:

I’m building the production roster for Vortex Visual, focused on performance creatives for DTC/e-commerce brands.

I’m looking specifically for experienced editors who already produce strong Meta and TikTok paid ads. This is not a general YouTube or basic short-form editing role.

I’m looking for editors experienced with:

• DTC / e-commerce paid ads
• UGC and direct-response creatives
• AI-assisted UGC and realistic AI-generated product scenes
• Strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
• Product B-roll and demonstrations
• Fast, clean pacing and pattern interrupts
• Captions, sound design and polished finishing
• Multiple hook / creative variations for testing
• Taking successful concepts and producing fresh variations

Expected rates for future client projects:

• Standard 20–45 sec performance ad: $50–80
• AI-heavy / more complex performance ad: $70–100
• Additional hook variations: $10–20 each

Exact rates depend on quality, complexity and what assets are provided.

Important: I’m currently building the production roster before client acquisition starts. There is no guaranteed volume yet, and I am not asking anyone to do unpaid test work.
