Hello reddit!
I’m someone a women who is 161cm, 47.2kg, eats healthy staying in a 1300-1200 calorie deficit, and does 16-14k steps Monday through to Friday and today is my birthday!
I just made the horrifying but delicious mistake of eating a whole container of chocolate covered almonds for breakfast… which lead me to actually planning out how much I would be eating today and that number came out to 3000cals of let’s be honest unhealthy food I never normally eat like fast food for dinner and chocolate covered almonds for breakfast (and I guess a semi healthy lunch since I’m going out for lunch?)
I am now of course and now very worried it will lead to lots of weight gain tomorrow since I will also not be getting my steps in but I also really want to enjoy my birthday and sort of have no choice but to go over my usual calorie consumption due to well the almonds…
Could someone give me a little heads up of what I should be expecting over the coming days regarding weight? Or a hardcore reality check about this situation both would suffice!
