Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to look at my post. I have a few questions and would appreciate your advice.

1. How did you break into the industry? (If you guys are in NY please spill because I am struggling to figure out where to go or apply.)

2. Did you get your licenses before or after you were hired? ( I'm trying to scrape the money together to do my sanctions certification, and then maybe somehow save to get the CAMS)

3. What's a day in the life of your job like? Company culture, work hours, is it mostly work you just figure out on your own or are your colleagues helpful?

4. What was the on boarding process for your job like? Was there adequate training?
