Recently, after I was out on medical leave and returned, my manager continues to do tasks that are my job, or jump into the middle of my projects. I don’t understand why and it accomplishes nothing useful; at best it’s neutral, at worst it cuts me out of information loops I need to be in.

I have no idea what her real motivation is or how to handle it, but it’s incredibly frustrating and the longer it goes on the more I want to leave a job I used to love.

Any advice welcome please.
