I'm getting these as current. u0100 and u0155. help me debug what could be wrong. I've already replaced the meter and that hasn't helped. unplugged the battery and replugged it. that hasn't helped. also one more thing when I shut of my car the horn beeps for a moment.

all the lights on the dashboard start blinking. however each of those modules work fine. like ABS engages when it should. Auto idle works as well but it's just the dashboard lights that keep blinking. oh and also putting in the OBS Scanner makes these lights go away for a bit then after I drive around and shut my car off the next time this happens again.

I'm in Karachi. would a local Toyota service center help fix this since it's not a local car?
