HR ghosting after offer discussion
Cleared Accenture final interview for React/Full Stack role (~3.8 YOE).The interview went really well.
HR called and verbally confirmed selection, discussed CTC,
L8 Associate Manager mapping, tentative joining date, and said offer letter would be shared shortly in 5-10 mins.
After call, all applications on portal moved to inactive/no longer under consideration. Multiple new requisitions were created/cancelled by recruiter. HR became unreachable afterward despite callbacks/follow-ups. Has anyone experienced similar internal ghosting situation with Accenture?
HR keeps forwarded my call to voicemails and there's no update whatsoever. I've always tried reaching out to every other HR that had contacted me during the entire process - none picked up the call. I've sent mail but no response.
I did not even provide expected CTC - agreed on what was told because it was a lot more than what I was expecting already. All I mentioned was if notice period can be bought out and if joining bonus is available (due to urgency to leave)
This is so disheartening.
