I want to do some work on my 950 sq ft apartment in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor/top floor of brownstone. It has 1.5 bedrooms, open layout living room/kitchen, and a bath.
Curious what my punch list below will cost?
and looking for recommended contractors who are good & trustworthy?
The Punchlist:
- plaster & paint 5ish rooms & doors (primary, small office, main living room, kitchen, front hall entry)
- install a backsplash in the kitchen
- replace 4 small windows in the front of the house, and 3 larger windows in the back of the house
-install kitchen hood vent
- finish install on a couple baseboards
- hang pendant light over island (electrical is already wired)
Add-ons:
-install a AC split in living room, maybe a 2nd in bedroom pending expense...
