Hi! Hopefully I used the right flair, I don't usually post on here but I've been lurking this sub for a while and I'm pretty sure I have vaginismus. I've always had pain during insertion and can't wear tampons because of it. I've been fine just wearing pads but I've been feeling a lot of shame about it. I'm also 19 and everyone my age is having sex but I literally can't. I guess I'm just wondering what to expect if/when I make a gyno appointment. I'm 19 and I've never been to the gynecologist and I don't want to go alone but I also don't necessarily want to bring my mom lol. If anyone has advice on how to stop being so embarrassed about this PLEASE feel free to share
