What would every character’s karaoke song be?
As many characters as you want to think of 😆😆😆
I think John is The Real Slim Shady and he’s wearing the hat

*Monica takes out her wedding book* "Ok, first, locations! They're organized first geographically, then alphabetically, then by square footage."
Phoebe: "that is so smart!" *turns to Chandler, speaking quietly with a fake cough* "break it off, break it off now"
hahahahaha ... I love it. Any other times you can think of where Phoebe is awesome like THIS, instead of all "Monica's soulmate, Chandler isn't a real man, she can do better, etc etc etc" ?
Regarding tag I used: I mainly want support, not advice, just feeling scared and weird and alone after realizing what this thought/feeling/behavior pattern is.
I’m not alone, am I? I have always thought it was just normal and being healthy. Drink lots of water. 8 cups of 8 oz supposed to be the norm, but probably just a requisite minimum to be healthy, right? Much better to drink more, and the more the better bc I’m being healthier. Especially when I’m on my feet all day at work. Just always thirsty, always need to have water and make sure my mouth doesn’t get dry so my teeth stay healthy. (Have smoked a lot of weed and get paranoid about dry mouth rotting my teeth.)
All my “rational” thoughts. Then I came across some reading today and I’m thinking about how ”obsessive” and “compulsive” might describe it, as I always have to have at least some water with me, just in case I need to cleanse my mouth and feel better. How it makes me feel more right. I can’t even tell if I’m physically thirsty or if it’s mental compulsion; I mean, logically I can’t be truly thirsty for gallons of water a day, for a full mug every 10-20 minutes. But I panic if I don’t have it and drink it regularly.
Actually afraid of most drinks and liquid calories to keep track of, and only feel somewhat safe to drink anything else if it has a purpose, like coffee or alcohol. Even then, I have 2 cups - one cup of water and one cup of coffee, or one cup of alcohol. Have some water from time to time, to rinse my mouth out of anything bad in the coffee or alcohol hurting my teeth. And that’s while using logical thinking to calm myself to not do it immediately after every single sip of coffee, to try to enjoy the taste, bc what’s the point of liking it and buying it, if I’m going to immediately rinse out the taste of it?
I have/had some sudden, severe, unexplained yet intermittent, health problems in the past several years and now I’m questioning if I caused them while "trying to be as healthy as possible".
Can anyone here relate to any of this?
I work in a customer service position, ringing ppl up and making food. i need advice on handling a difficult situation. there is a regular, almost-daily customer who is also kind-of-but-not-really a co-worker, works for the same chain but a manager of a different store. We have had some personal issues and she has taken her anger or annoyance or whatever from them and deliberately antagonizes me when she comes in as a customer. I’ve gotten in trouble for not shutting up and letting it happen, bc she went to my store’s manager and a higher-up manager. she’s not openly insulting, in a way I can justify to my higher-ups “she said this to me” it’s hard to explain… but she’ll be (knowing the rules of my job and how I have to be with customers) intentionally difficult, maybe place a sudden order before I leave saying “I changed my mind” (even though she’d been there 15 min and said she wasn’t ordering any food when I asked her when she came in bc I had to leave soon) so I have to stay late and then say “you have to be professional“. after last night, and then trouble with my bosses today, I couldn’t stop crying in anger and frustration. I know this is customer service and I need my job but I don’t know how I can be like “hi, how are you? what can I do for you? have a good day” looking at her knowing she’s looking at me and knows what she’s doing and how I have to be for the job. I hate her so much. it’s deeply personal and emotional shit for me, the personal issues i mentioned. it’s not the same as forcing niceness to a customer who made some rude or creepy comments to me. do you have any advice on how to deal with it without losing your mind? she’s going to come in again and if I am not perfectly polite I just know she’s going to do the ”you have to be professional” shit again. I‘m backed into a corner, yet I really don’t want her to feel like she’s won or got me trapped or gets to control me. Maybe she did win. I don’t know. What would you do/say if it were you?
I am always confused by this. A lot of the jokes in the show are based on general societal stereotypes, and I always feel like this one is supposed to be one. Even if I don’t agree with it, I still understand it and I can still enjoy it (obviously since I’m a fan lol). But honestly I may be out of the loop, are air purifiers generally seen as lame? The jokes seemed to be specifically making fun of the air purifier itself, not Ross having one (and there would have to be something wrong with it for it to be funny/annoying/lame Ross has one). it’s actually especially smart in an apartment with so few access points to fresh air. I’m not trying to sell air purifiers lol, but curious as to what the negative stereotype(s) of them are, to end up with the jokes about it in the ep.
Janice is standing in the hallway facing one of the group‘s apartments and Joey walks up behind her and runs away.
seen everything else in the series but didn’t come to the last movies until recently. X was good but I’ve been warned about Spiral, pretty much heard everything was bad. like it’s the least-liked, how Saw X was a “return to form”. I watched the trailer and I feel like I don’t get the negativity, bc even if you were disappointed in the traps or something, it’s kind of hilarious to me that it’s Chris Rock in a Saw film. no? like I don’t even know what to think. I wish I was watching it for the first time with a friend instead of by myself. I thought I’d ask though if you had any pros, positive things to say about it or maybe something I could enjoy while watching it.
Thoughts, feelings, perspectives? Was it Chandler's chair? Or maybe, not really but it was still kinda not cool that Joey sat there? Lol
I know it needed to end dramatically with Ted and Robin getting together, and mirroring the beginning, making it big. But after rewatching the one with the long-term bets reveal, I wish we had seen Marshall say “pay up” to Lily lol.
Pretty much everything Barney says and does (like the tvs lmao) in this episode. But especially this scene. “and now I’m smoking!” *zoom out to Lily’s class*
second place to me - I can’t remember the episode, but Barney calls Marshall from work to do something, Marshall says no and Barney acts fine, but when he hangs up, he destroys everything on his desk. Robin is like “oh my god!” 😆😆😆
Everyone in the cast is funny, but Barney just wins to me. Also sorry about the volume thing in the pic; I couldn’t find one, so I took a screenshot from a YouTube video.
