Delivery in rural areas
Has anyone ever gotten a "report" about incomplete deliveries? Or it was dropped off in the wrong location? The message I get has always been a "warning". When I pressed a little for more details about the alleged missed drop off I ran into corporate yes persons who say the same thing over and over again (probably AI) of I'm going to be threatened to have my account closed I want documentation of the event. The thought of filing a report with the labor board has crossed my mind. Not sure how contract work goes as far as complaints. They're creating a culture of fear based on what? Where is their proof? They won't provide any evidence, but turn it up to an 11 with the whole account closure business. Class action? Please don't respond about any T&C. Lawyers can always find a loophole or misspelled word or legal precedent to trump the T&C. Class action would get their attention. One final thought, the map sucks and so do the directions
