I'm trying to get more vegetables into my diet, and I'm looking for recommendations of restaurants with good veggie-heavy bowls. I'm not vegetarian, so they can have meat in them.

Some examples of what I'm looking for are places like Crackle Mi and Sizzle & Crunch for Vietnamese, BOPBOX for Korean, or Evergreens for a straight up salad.

Bonus if they're on the south end, cuz I recently moved from the north side to Columbia City.
