I apologize for bad picture.. but I noticed that my two Madagascar Rainbow fish pair have small white dots all over them. I only noticed maybe 1-2 other fish with 1-2 white dots (hard to even spot).

I believe I caught this early but I have never had to deal with ich and don’t know what to do. Any help or recommendations would be grateful.
