I had a question regarding receiving parts from out of state.

I was trying to grab the Beretta Factory Parts kit and 10-rd mags for my Beretta 92 but the Beretta online store is not setup to ship to CA yet. Would I be able to send these parts (guide rod, safety lever, trigger, mag release) and CA compliant mags to someone out of state and have them mail it me? From what I've read from the new laws, none of these parts would be required to go through an FFL, but I would like to make sure. Frustration aside, I just want to be sure I am doing things above the board here with all these new laws.
