Hi, I want to be sure if I understand it right:

1. Does that mean whatever surfshark plan I buy I will get 97% back, like if I buy the top plan at $113 for 27 months, I will get about $108 back?

2. I see 3 plans for surfshark, I do see a lot of difference but I am not sure if those added features come in handy, advice please.
