Do you feel your robovac lasted long enough to justify the price?
I’m trying to decide how much it actually makes sense to spend on a robot vacuum.
We have two little kids at home, so the floor never stays clean for long. There are crumbs under the dining table, random sticky spots in the kitchen, hair, dust, and little messes that somehow come back five minutes after I clean.
I’ve been into Ecovacs models and I’m stuck between spending more on the X12 or going with a T-series model like the T90/T80S. The T series looks great for daily cleaning, and some of the specs are honestly strong enough that I wonder if it’s the smarter value pick.
The X12 is tempting because it seems to add more convenience around stain handling, roller mopping, faster top-ups during longer cleaning sessions. Feels like the kinda thing I barely have to think about once it’s set up.
For people who’ve owned robovacs long term, did paying more feel worth it over time, or mid-range models are more than enough?
