If I am on L1 visa and having PR of canada, as the L1 visa is not permanent our future is in the Canada, and hence I want to apply PR of my wife as well but how to make it possible while residing in the US ?

I am holding the canadian PR, and recently moved to US on L1 visa, my wife came with me on L2 visa, now I want to apply canada PR of my spouse, then how I can apply her PR residing in USA ?
