Long time lurker, first time poster.

Having my first gastroscopy soon after a year of multiple gastritis episodes. Does anyone have any tips on the procedure, as in did you choose local or "full" sedation and do you regret your choice? Any other tips for the prep are appreciated!

Some context: in Feb 2025 I changed jobs. A few weeks after started having constipation and minor blood in stool, also the feeling that I couldn't breathe properly. After a visit to physio she referred me to osteopath who concluded my diaphargm was stuck. After a few sessions my issues went away. Unfortunately, after some more stress they came back together with gastritis symptoms. Osteopath always took them away but my fears stayed.

My symptoms are acid reflux, stomach pain and quick fullness. I'm a 29F living in Europe.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated since I am quite scared of the procedure.

Anyone from Europe in this thread? I bought some OPK's Sensitest to track ovulation since my cycle has been a bit irregular since copper iud removal (went from 26-28 days to 31 days first cycle after removal) and I don't think I have ovulated yet. Currently CD18 and saw a darker line today but not dark enough? I am using the Premom app since this was recommended online to read the tests but it is a US app if I remember correctly?

How do European girlies do OPK tracking, which app do you use etc?

I have been going crazy checking the lines and all the examples I see online are all super dark lines. I have been getting CWM for a few days now. Last cycle (first after removal) I think I ovulated CD19 since I had Mittelschmerz then but I didn't expect it at all since with the Copper IUD I always ovulated CD14-16.
