Ex-homeschooler (19f) navigating first real relationship with (19m)
As the title mentions I (19f) was homeschooled for most of my life. I wasn’t as sheltered as much as most homeschoolers and was very outgoing but only saw my friends once a week, maybe twice if I was lucky. About a month ago I started dating this amazing guy. We would see each other on the weekends, and by our 3rd date he asked me to be his girlfriend. It’s been nice but having to juggle hanging out with my BF multiple times a week (who lives about 30 mins away) along with college, work, and family issues while being used to only seeing someone once or twice a week has made it more stressful than fun. I don’t blame him for wanting to see me more but he lives on his own and only goes to work and comes home. I’ve communicated this to him but understandably he is still frustrated. Any tips on how to get used to sharing my life with somebody?
