I'm planning to move to Aizawl for work and will most likely be staying around Tuikual South (796001). I'm looking for a decent, comfortable place to stay. Any suggestion from locals or people who have moved to Aizawl would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is my first time moving out to a different city. I'd really appreciate some advice from people currently living in that area, especially regarding: Rent, Food & groceries, Transportation, Utilities, Overall cost, Finding a place to stay etc.
