Real Steel G5 Metamorph MK II - Complete front flipper fail
I'm not somebody that has trouble operating a front flipper, there's different degrees of difficulty, but usually I can do it. My post history will also show I like other models of the brand. I can usually just look at where the pivot is in relation to the flipper tab and work it at the right angle based on that, not here. In fact, I think this is the only time where the grip is so awkward and the scales so slippery, in combination with the detent ball being too deep that it absolutely cannot be done safely, or done at all. You can push on the tab until your finger muscles strain and change colors and 8 out 10 times it will not budge. Oil doesn't seem to help it, most likely it'll need the lock bar bent back or the detent hole ground down a bit. I think part of it is design (sorry Ostap Hel) but good QC could have mitigated this. Real Steel should actually try to fix it but I think they will just try unload the stock and pretend it doesn't exist.
edit: I know many are handy enough to deal with this situation, but our time is valuable and I would want to see it discounted even below the $30. Sorry this is what I expect from a low tier brand like a Sitivien for under $10 from Ali, not Real Steel.
