Have had this get worse and worse on my cheeks. Any advice on how to treat it? I use just a cleanser and moisturizer and sunscreen during the day. One is from before when it wasn't as bad and the left one is more recent

I've been dealing this for months and have used vanicream facial cleanser and moisturizer. I can't afford a dermatologist right now some advice.
