How do I get my ironing smooth across the board? I made this 250mm x 250mm 2 layer print with ironing to see how my printer was working out after doing a manual z level. Only the top right corner and some of the bottom left came out glossy/ smooth. The rest is fairly rough as you can see. Also the deformation on the left is caused by (I'm assuming) the fan. Any ideas?
I don't THINK this is a problem with the printer itself. But I'm having issues printing the dragonfly folding fan from makerworld. I downloaded the 3mf converted it from a1 to u1 in orca and sliced it and took gcode directly to my printer via a flash stick. Every time I start it, I get about 2 layers in before the print head starts digging into the previous layer. I've been trying to do this as my first multi-material print with petg and tpu but it keeps failing at the same point. Advice please?
Is there anything really great about this snapmaker sale I keep hearing about? I looked at the site earlier and didn't really see anything notable really. Am I just missing something super awesome or is the sale just kind of meh really?
