Chicken Karahi, Malai Boti, and Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream Dawat ki tayari complete!

Nothing beats the comfort of a proper Pakistani meal. Made a little spread today and honestly, the Chicken Karahi turned out so Tasty (superb) just the right amount of masala and oil. We also have some creamy Malai Boti on the side and some grilled chicken to round it out.

And of course, dinner meetha ke baghair adhoora hai dinner is incomplete without dessert. Ending the night with warm Gulab Jamun served with vanilla ice cream and topped with pistachios. It’s a classic combo for a reason!

How does it look? Let me know if anyone wants the recipe for the Karahi!

The rare barreleye fish and its translucent head

Even in the deep sea, where there's almost no light, the barreleye fish has a unique way of seeing. Instead of eyes where you'd expect them, the barreleye fish has two glowing green orbs on the top of its head. These orbs can rotate to look up, so the fish can spot prey swimming above it.

PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (pmi-cpmai) mock exams/practice tests or exam dumps?

I’ve recently started preparing for the PMI-CPMAI exam and I’m looking for study resources that are aligned with the latest exam content and AI project management concepts.

Have any of you found reliable PMI-CPMAI practice questions, mock exams, or study materials that helped you prepare effectively? I’m particularly interested in resources that can help me evaluate my readiness before booking the actual exam.

Affordable options would be appreciated as well. I'd love to hear about your experience, recommended study guides, practice tests, or any tips that helped you pass the PMI-CPMAI certification exam.

Nothing beats a classic home-cooked Mutton Bhuna Gosht with white rice 🤤

Made this for lunch today and it hits the spot every single time.

There is something so incredibly comforting about a rich, slow-cooked mutton curry with a proper layer of tari (oil), paired with simple steaming basmati rice. Threw in some raw onion wedges and fresh chilies on the side because honestly, you can't have it any other way.

How does everyone else prefer their Bhuna Gosht with fresh, hot rotis or rice?

Today’s lunch spread. Pulao, Roast Chicken, Prawn Curry, Korma, and Shami Kababs.

Seriously, I don't even know where to start.

We have Pulao, Whole Roast Chicken, Prawn/Chingri Curry, Mutton Korma, Shami Kababs, and like three other sides. I’m already in a food coma just looking at it.
