Cleared PMI CPMAI in First attempt.

Hello All

Just finished my exam and got the congratulations message. I know the certification is pretty new and hence not much information is available but here is all you need :

> Go through the PMI course bundle

> If possible also take the courses either on https://CPMAIexamPrep.com or Fredrico's on Udemy because just like PMBOK the PMI course material is pretty boring and goes into too much details.

> For practice :

> Fredrico's 500+ questions bank and

> https://CPMAIexamPrep.com 3 exams.

That's it go through all your mistakes, check explanations and you should be OK.

Exam itself is easy, if you know the pattern.

If anyone interested, happy to have 1:1 session to guide :)

PMI's The Standard for Artificial Intelligence publication

Just got an email this morning from PMI announcing the release of the following publication: "The Standard for Artificial Intelligence in Portfolio, Program and Project Management."

I haven't taken the CPMAI exam yet (have to schedule it), so I can't fully speak to its relevance, but I wanted to share that this resource is available. I imagine there is at least some useful content in there, in terms of preparation for the exam. The publication is free to download if you're a PMI member.

CPMAI Resources

I recently completed the CPMAI certification and have been helping a study group of other project managers prepare for the exam.

One thing that surprised me was how limited the preparation ecosystem currently is compared to certifications like PMP.

The PMI practice exam is helpful, but it's quite limited. It only has 100 questions and provides limited readiness insight or performance analytics. Of the group I'm working with only 2 have passed the exam and both failed their first attempt.

I'm curious what resources are people currently using to prepare for CPMAI?

What do you feel is missing from the current preparation experience?

PMI-ACP Exam Preparation

Title: PMI-ACP Exam Preparation

Content:

Anyone else find PMI-ACP preparation harder than expected?

A few weeks ago, I thought I had a solid plan. I bought a study guide, bookmarked a bunch of resources and planned to study for an hour every evening. Reality turned out to be different. After work, I was too tired on some days and on other days I kept switching between videos, articles and practice questions without feeling like I was making real progress.

The Agile concepts themselves aren't difficult, but figuring out what to study and in what order has been the biggest challenge so far.

During my search for resources, I came across this guide on PMI-ACP live classes and preparation approaches: https://snsccs.com/live-classes/acp. It helped me understand how other people structure their study plans.

For those who have already passed the exam, what finally made everything click for you? Was it practice questions, a study group, live classes or simply putting in enough study hours?

Also curious about timelines. Did you prepare for a few weeks or several months? Right now, my biggest concern isn't the exam itself it's staying consistent and avoiding resource overload.

Would love to hear what actually worked in real life rather than the generic advice you find on most websites.

PMI-ACP Exam Preparation Live Class – Did It Help You Stay on Track?

I recently started preparing for the PMI-ACP exam after spending the last few years working on Agile projects. I assumed my practical experience would make the preparation process straightforward, but I quickly realized that understanding Agile in practice and preparing for the exam are two different things.

I began with self-study using books and online articles. The material was interesting, but I kept jumping between topics and wasn't sure if I was covering the right areas. A friend who passed the PMI-ACP exam last year mentioned that joining a live class helped him create a routine and gave him opportunities to ask questions whenever he got stuck.

That made me curious about whether live classes actually improve preparation or if self-study is enough for most people. While looking at different study options, I found this overview of PMI-ACP live classes and how the training is generally structured: https://snsccs.com/live-classes/acp

For those who have already passed the PMI-ACP exam, how did you prepare? Did you rely mainly on books and practice questions or did live sessions make a noticeable difference?
