Has anyone ever challenged the results of an exam? I’m considering going that route and was curious if anyone has experience with the process.

I provided feedback about what I felt were significant issues with the exam, including poor grammar, spelling errors, and an overall disappointing testing experience. Full transparency: I did not pass the exam and I already rescheduled my retake. When I was discussing my feedback with a support agent, they suggested submitting an exam challenge.

This is completely new territory for me. I’m not even sure whether I want to go through with it, but I am definitely curious to hear from others who have. What was the process like, and was it worth pursuing?
