Mini Aussie Questions🙂‍↔️

Hello hello!! Before people wanna spam about him wearing a shirt… it’s okay guys. He never wears clothes outside, this was a 5 second photo. I promise he will be okay lol.

Mr. Walter White is now 6 months old. This little guy has got tricks DOWN and he’s showing his personality more and more everyday. I am NOTTTT looking for judgement, just looking for advice or similar experiences.

  1. Do you guys recommend an E-Collar? I’m only interested in the buzz/vibration option.
  2. What are ways you corrected and calmed incessant demand barking and reactivity towards dogs and people?
  3. Since it’s not aggression (at all) how do you work with them to focus and lock in to you when they cross the threshold and bark like crazy?
  4. Are there specific jobs that I can give him that will help with his hyper self?
  5. What age do you recommend for getting him fixed? My vet is trying to say he needs it at 6 months🫣

Again, no judgement. Yes he’s a puppy. Yes he won’t be perfect overnight. I am simply curious

Advice please😭

He’s the best and smartest little guy. He really does have a lot down and I DO NOT EXPECT HIM TO BE PERFECT OR STOP BITING OVERNIGHT, but how did you train calm to your aussie? He is instant crazy the second he gets out of the crate. We supply lots of physical and mental stimulation, he listens when he wants to, and has many opinions.

  1. He doesn’t like eating his food unless it’s a treat then he will inhale it, either than a treat, he will wait till I sit down and hand feed him his food lol.

  2. He will bite my clothes, ankles, bark, play growl, and go feral when we walk. I try to keep a toy and give him a job to bring his toy back to the room after a walk (he loves it). I know he’s a herding breed, I just want to learn how to teach him calm and to chill on the biting.

  3. He talks back like no other dog I’ve had before haha.

please share your wise tips and tricks thank you

Nap Timeee

Hello again! I’m back for more advice. What are some tips on getting this man to rest and sleep outside of the crate? He does very well in the crate and sleeps a ton! I just want to ease him into chilling with us on the bed for a little or resting in his play area!

Thank you in advance🙂‍↔️
