AirCover Suspended All My Listings After a Damage Claim.
Airbnb restricted all of our host listings after an AirCover claim, saying our reimbursement documentation “could not be validated” and that they had not received our acknowledgment of a final warning.
We did send the acknowledgment the same day, June 25, and have proof from our sent email. We forwarded it again and opened an escalation case, but the listings are still blocked from receiving reservations.
Has anyone dealt with this exact situation, especially where Airbnb restricted all listings over an AirCover documentation issue or claimed they did not receive an acknowledgment? How did you get the restriction removed, and which team or escalation path actually helped?
Looking for practical advice from hosts who went through this.
