I built a gamified habit tracker that doesn't feel like a chore — looking for beta testers

Hey everyone — I've been struggling with consistency for years. Tried a lot of habit tracker apps and most of them felt like spreadsheets with notifications.

So I built Kindred.

It's a habit tracker wrapped in a cozy RPG. You get a companion creature that grows and evolves as you complete quests (your daily habits and challenges). Complete a quest → your companion earns XP and levels up. Miss your quests → no XP, your streak breaks, and your companion stays small. The emotional accountability actually works.

What makes it different:

- Real companions — not just pixels. They have moods, evolution stages, and react to your streaks

- Guilds — team up with 2-6 friends, share cooperative streaks, and take down boss raids together

- Storybook aesthetic — enchanted forest vibe, no sterile corporate UI

- Bad habit tracker — literally fight your bad habits by dealing damage to them

- Weekly recaps, gear perks, wisdom quotes, tavern community — the whole thing feels alive

Looking for 50 beta testers to stress-test guilds and the social features before our wider launch.

If you want in: 👉 kndrd.quest/waitlist

Drop a comment with what habit you're trying to build — I'll prioritize people who are actually going to use it. If you're willing to test mine, I will return the favor! Lets build success together.
