Sky Disconnection Process is Driving Me Crazy - Need Help
Badly need help on how to disconnect my Sky Account.
For context, I have not had internet connection since April due to being decommissioned. I was told by their engineers na hindi nila mauupgrade yung area kasi wala silang facilities to accommodate at this time.
By the end of April, I was requesting to disconnect my account kasi wala naman akong internet hanggang umabot na sa May na may bagong bill. Upon requesting, I was told to pay for the bill para maiprocess yung disconnection. I paid yung bill ko at that time para lang madisconnect. I was also in talks with NTC hoping my expedite yung process. Naka receive ako ng email from Sky Serves na yung case ko was resolved and I thought "Okay, at least tapos na".
Fast forward to now, may new bill nanaman ako for June. After nun, I spoke to one of their representatives via Kyla tapos di pa pala napprocess and they're asking me to send my letter, ID, and settle the new June bill to process the request.
Ano pwede kong gawin about this? I already sent another email to NTC, pero parang walang action rin naman.
