Diagnosis: Acne Vulgaris

Prescription:

Oral - Doxycycline 100mg + Zinc x 3 weeks

AM - Azelaic acid derivative facewash → Niacinamide serum → hyseac 3-regul → Sunscreen

PM - Same facewash → Glycolic acid 6% (MWF) → Azelaic acid (TTS)

Follow up in 3 weeks

Anyone with similar presentation - how long did doxy show results? Also did acne come back after stopping doxy?

I'm very anxious right now

Can managers/TLs refuse buyout?

I have a 60 days notice period which i want to reduce to 30 days due to a family member's health reasons.

My TL/manager is creating issues as the workload is high and I had been complying and doing it so far.

They didn't approve an early release so now I'm willing to buyout. Spoke to the HR who said that it's possible but manager has to approve first.

What should I do?
